Innovate @ BU
In this 10-week summer incubator, students selected for the Enlight Fellowship split time between interning at a local nonprofit organization and developing their own social venture with Innovate@BU. Students receive a stipend and develop the leadership, technical, and entrepreneurial skills necessary to solve today’s most pressing social and environmental issues.

The Enlight Foundation supports a fellowship given annually to international graduate students at the School of Visual Communication.

Radius Books

Radius Books is a Santa Fe-based nonprofit organization whose goal is to make a lasting impact through our Publishing and Donation Programs. Radius Books has produced over 200 titles that encourage exploration and discovery—whether that journey takes place intellectually, visually, or aesthetically. They have also hosted numerous community events with artists, writers, and students all over the world, and their Donation Program has gifted over 90,000 books to libraries, schools, and arts programs in all 50 states.

Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society (PACS) is a research center for students, scholars and practitioners to explore and share ideas that create social change. It also publishes the Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR), which includes an English-language edition and over ten other editions in different languages, produced in different parts of the world.

Stanford Rural Education Action Program

Stanford Rural Education Action Program (REAP) is a multidisciplinary team of social scientists working towards a common goal: help China's underserved population reach their full potential. To meet this goal, They partner with pioneering minds in pediatrics, psychology, global health, education, and economics to learn what works elsewhere in the world, adapt interventions to the Chinese context, then test their effectiveness.

The Alexia began in 1991 as the Alexia Foundation, created with the mission to promote cultural understanding and peace by supporting photographers as agents for change. In 2021, the program transitioned to the Newhouse School and became The Alexia. Through grants, scholarships and special projects for photographers, filmmakers and other visual creatives, The Alexia promotes the power of visual storytelling to shed light on significant issues around the world.
