Our Mission
Founded in 2004, Enlight Foundation focuses on education equality and youth empowerment. For this decade, the foundation is focused on three primary pillars:

To create systems change, the foundation invests in young people, elevates youth voices, and works collaboratively with other foundations, researchers, and nonprofits.
Our Approach
Enlight Foundation’s trust-based approach to philanthropy has several core tenets.

Identify and invest in ambitious social entrepreneurs and bold ideas;

Provide flexible and multi-year grants as catalytic capital to support pilots, research, and scale proven solutions;

Work together with grant partners to support shared learning and sustainability;

News
Supported by the Enlight Foundation and led by Solution Insight lab, this five-year initiative will synthesize real-world learnings from 25 global organizations in the ICONIQ Impact Youth Mental Wellbeing Co-Lab and their extended networks. By interviewing practitioners, researchers, funders, and young people, the platform highlights how change happens on the ground.
